Fabric Giveaway Friday - Little Black Dress 2

Featured Sponsor

The Fat Quarter Shop was founded in 2003 by Kimberly Jolly. An avid quilter, Kimberly began her shop as a side business while still working a corporate position, cutting, packing and shipping right out of her house during evenings and weekends. From the very beginning, she was committed to delivering top-notch service for every single order and customer. As the Fat Quarter Shop’s reputation grew, Kimberly decided to make it a full-time operation. Her husband Kevin joined her not long after, and with his help, lots of hard work, and a tireless commitment, the store began to grow. Over the past few years a few more people have joined the staff!

Fat Quarter Shop YouTube Channel

The Fat Quarter Shop is actively working on very helpful videos for quilters. In fact each week Kimberly shares a Simple Snippet video. Here is this weeks Simple Snippet which features the Matilda's Own Rotating Cutting Mat. Subscribe to the Fat Quarter Shop's YouTube channel for weekly updates on new quilting and sewing videos.

My favourite bundle right now is Sphere. Id probably make something somewhat simple – maybe the jelly roll jam or some log cabins.

I love the Buttercup Botanique from Joel Dewberry! I think Little Black Dress would make great contrast for pouches and bags. I tend to steer away from neutral colors, and like to use brights. But, these would make great additions.

I like the Acacia bundles, but couldn’t choose one colourway over the other! And as for what I’d make, a friend of mine sadly died a few years back, leaving 2 teenage daughters. The eldest is now 22 and engaged, so I’ve been thinking the LBD range would make a gorgeous stylish quilt for her wedding present.

By the way, I tried to go to the Fat Quarter Shop link given in the text of your post (not sure if that’s the same exact thing as that given in the rafflecopter widget) and it couldn’t be found. Of course, it was accessible from the menu on the left hand side, but thought I’d mention the broken link. Thanks for a great giveaway.
