Cross My Heart Mini Quilt

As you saw yesterday I will be teaching a few classes here locally one of those is the Cross Stitch Quilting Class. This weekend I made a class sample for the shop to display.

Cross My Heart Mini Quilt

My daughter Gwenyth helped me pick out all of the fabrics and watched me in every step of the process. She will get to hang this cute quilt in her room soon.

Quilt Details

• Quilt Size: 28"x 28"
• Fabrics: I used various pinks, in fact each X block is a different print. The background is Orion Planet Buzz by Maude Ashbury. For the backing I used some of the pink prints from the front. For the binding I used Comma by Zen Chic.
• Thread: It is a little hard to see in the photos, but I used a really fun Desert Dawn (#4648) variegated 50wt Aurifil thread.
