Cutting and Piecing the Concerto Quilt // In the "Studio"

This week I have been making another version of the Concerto Quilt pattern, but this time I am using printed fabric. This is the quilt my students are making in my Beginner Modern Quilting Class and I am making a sample along with them. The fabric choice is a little out of my comfort zone, but I wanted something super fun and child friendly since I am making it in a crib size. For this weeks In the "Studio" Episode 11, I am cutting and glue basting the fabrics to begin piecing the Concerto quilt.   11-concerto I have all my rows glue basted and I should have the quilt top finished tomorrow ready to thread baste! What are you working on this week?
