Modern Beauty Block // Raw-Edge Applique Tutorial & Pattern

This month I had the pleasure of collaborating with Patchwork Threads, on a new t-shirt with the design of my Modern Beauty quilt block from the Skill Builder BOM 2013. You can get this awesome shirt for yourself at Patchwork Threads.

In light of this awesome new quilty t-shirt I thought it would be fun to put together another tutorial for the quilt block. Originally during Skill Builder BOM 2013 the block was made using turned-edge applique, you can check out that tutorial here.

For this tutorial I would like to show you how to make the block using basic raw-edge applique. This is a very easy and fast technique!

You Will Need
